Performance Evaluation Language

This post follows up on the previous two power posts, 8 words, and The language we use.

In a study by Smith et. al., 81,000 military performance evaluations were studied to determine which words were most used to describe women and men. The word analytical, which is task-oriented, was used more often to describe men whereas compassionate, which is relationship-oriented, was used more often to describe women.
